At Hawthorne Chiropractic (Southside Brisbane), our specialised Chiropractic services are also tailored for Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), and Dr Nicholas Armitage is registered for both Gold and White Card clients.
DVA Gold and White Card visits are bulk billed (100%) directly to Department of Veteran Affairs. There is no gap payment for any of your adjustments with a valid referral Patient Care Plan from your GP or Specialist.
If you are the holder of a Gold Card you are automatically covered for Chiropractic care, however a Patient Care Plan from your regular Healthcare provider (GP or Specialist) is required.
If you are the holder of a White card you are covered for Chiropractic care if you have a pre-approved condition.
